Solitaire was so upset with herself. Why hadn't she been able to just come out and tell Darien how she felt about him? What was stopping her? He knew all of her secrets. He knew everything there was to know about Taire. He understood her relationship with Dominic, and now that she was living on her own in Keighley, Darien had said that he was glad that Taire had an older friend close enough to her to be able to watch over her for him when he wasn't able to be around. So what was stopping her from telling him how she truly felt about him. Taire decided a walk in the Gardens would help her figure out why she couldn't tell Darien how she felt about him.
Taire pulled on her favorite blue jeans, some that she had decorated with different drawings. Taire couldn't help but to decorate her jeans. One drawing, a female red fox with human characteristics wearing a long green dress holding a racing helmet, was her favorite on her jeans. It was a drawing done after Dare had first caught her racing. She wasn't sure if Dare knew that he had inspired it. She added to these jeans a oversized black sweater that came just past her hips. Under this, because of the low cut neckline, she added her favorite yellow and red striped sleeveless shirt. Taire pulled her black racing boots over her black and white striped socks. She made sure she had her wand tucked safely away, and made her way out of the common room, figuring if it was cold enough she could always accio her heavy leather coat. Taire's style had changed a bit lately, but not for the worse.
Out of the Castle and onto the grounds, Taire found the snow covered Gardens beautiful. Full of imagination and everything that she loved about the winter. The one thing that she hated about winter was that she couldn't race. It did give her time to work on her car and get it painted and decorated just right. Taire had already decided how her car would look come the next race she had. She just had to work on it some, and maybe she could get her dad to assist her so that the painting could get done faster than what she could do it by hand. Taire's mind was beginning to wander into daydreams again, which was always dangerous for her.
Walking around, head in the clouds, eyes staring up at the sky, Taire wasn't paying attention to anywhere she was going, or anyone around her. Dreaming of the day that she would tell Darien how she felt, and how her car would look with that awesome vixen painted on the side of a blackish purple car. Taire was so far away in dream land that she didn't notice the small girl in front of her when suddenly she plowed into her causing herself to plummet to the ground. "I'm sorry." Taire said looking up at the girl. "I guess my daydreams got the best of me after all."
((Sorry it has taken so long I had to find the inspiration for it, and after searching for some new vixen pictures to go on Taire's website, the inspiration came.))
